Had a lovely time at home catching up with friends and family, but after getting Harry all fixed and a New Bullbar fitted, the urge to move hit. So on the road again heading for NSW, at this stage the Supercars at Bathurst is still on and I am set to volunteer again this year.
Not before I explore fabric dying with gum leaves etc. A bike ride along riverway with a friend and I had enough leaves to experiment with mixed results. Definitely good enough to continue on with.
The trip south was basically catching up with friends along the way as well as delivering a quilt made by my good friend Anne to Gail in Gatton
Finally I crossed the boarder, but not before being evicted from a park I’d found at a friends unit complex. Some people are so petty. Next I caught up with my lovely nieces at Brunswick Heads for Lunch and a walk. It’s times like this I have to wonder why I left this area for North Qld
Off to Minni Waters and no doubt some fishing with my brother Kevin. Have just been notified I’m no longer guaranteed a volunteer spot at Bathurst. A bit disappointed but an excuse to hang around the beaches longer.
